Johannes is a friendly 16 year old from Germany.

He was with us as a TAP student for 4 weeks and tried both the TAP General and TAP Surfing program.

He was always smiley and helpful. He studied with Micheal at Upper-Intermediate level and absolutely loved chilling with his friends in the courtyard!

Here’s a little interview we did before he left.

• Why did you choose to come to Noosa?

I first looked for schools in Europe but I wanted to study in a warm English-speaking country where I could surf.

• What’s the home-stay experience like?

I live with a good family and the house is close to school. We do a lot of things together and go on trips at the weekend.

• Would you come back to Noosa or try somewhere else?

Of course I would come back! People are nice, the town is safe and weather is really good.

• What was the best part of the program?

The best part was going to Movie World and surfing with my friends in the afternoon during the TAP Surfing program.
