Noosa~ Boxercise

Yesterday our TAP General students engaged in very dynamic Boxercise activity led by Alina, an enthusiastic Frank’s Gym trainer.

The workout started with a necessary warm up: squats and push-ups!

It then continued with our students grabbing and wearing either gloves or pads and, working in pairs, they learnt different boxing skills (cross, upper-cut, jumping knee etc.)
