On Friday afternoon, our friends from OTEMON High School headed up to Hervey Bay a few hours north of Noosa. Hervey Bay is known all around the world as a whale-watching hot-spot, and the whales did not disappoint Otemon HS. They sailed the water with beautiful hump back whales swarming around them, singing their whale songs and splashing the water. How cool is that! When students weren’t being amazed by the dance of whales, they spent the hours talking away with each other, catching up on their English, and fishing! What an awesome way to finish the week!
