Byron Bay TAP’s Make Chocolate Crackles… Yum!

The Hatsushiba and TAP students got busy in the kitchen making a ‘traditional’ Australian dessert – chocolate crackles! 

Much loved for their simplicity and their chocolatey taste, the students spiced the crackles up with marshmallows and enjoyed them with a cup of hot chocolate on a chilly afternoon in the student lounge.
