Boomerang Painting in Byron Bay

On Wednesday, Byron’s Hiroshima HS students got creative (and a little messy!) with Boomerang Painting!

We showed the students some symbols typically used by aboriginals along with their meanings and also some examples for them to copy if they wanted to.

After a relaxing hour of painting we put the boomerangs to the test to see if they came back. They returned most of the time until we lost 1 on the roof and 2 in a tree!
