This afternoon the TAP students enjoyed a jam packed Aussie session.

First we started off with an Australian Slang workshop where the students learnt some of the hilarious words that Aussies use in their everyday life such as ‘Yeahnah’, ‘Mate’, ‘Barbie’ and loads more!

Then we moved onto some Australian food tasting. we tried Vegemite, Chocolate freckles, Caramello Koalas, Lamingtons, Tim Tams and Shapes.

Vegemite faces…. Yuck they said! Haha

Lastly we painted some boomerangs. We love doing this activity so that the students have a souvenir to take home with them.
