Today, we gave our TAP students a great opportunity to punch each other repeatedly (and safely, of course 🙂 ) They headed just down the road to Franks Gym where boxing coach Billy was waiting for them with gloves and pads at the ready. The students had a quick warm-up session jogging around the gym, before donning on their pads and gloves. Billy then showed them the basic punches, such as crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and gave all the students an opportunity to practice. Good stuff! The students broke into smiles and a sweat while they punched, blocked, and dodged. Prize fighters, all!
