Otemon HS students had their first lesson yesterday, before heading to Noosa Junction to use what they had learnt in class.
The students learnt about the different types of shops, English signs, and how to make a purchase. Many of the students bought Australian souvenirs, including Tim Tams, some had an ice-cream and some of the girls found a shop where they could make their own bracelets. The students tried to use their English skills as best as possible, communicating with the shop assistants. They enjoyed their trip and were smiling on the bus all the way back to Coco Bay Resort. The students were a delight to accompany, very polite, and happy to be around.
Well Done Otemon HS Students!
