Hidehiro spoke to us about his life in Byron Bay and explained what it’s like living with an Australian Homestay!

I love my host family as they are very kind, friendly and fun. Anna has 2 sons who are very funny.  I also like that there are other students in my homestay family too, and I especially  enjoyed playing tennis with Albert from Spain.

 My hostfamily has lots of pets including cats and dogs and  Anna also has a vegetable garden. My family’s home is very modern, quite big and has a pool, so I was very comfortable.

My favourite activity was learning to surf in Byron Bay.

I love Australia and Byron Bay and do not want to go back to Japan.
