On another pleasantly warm winter afternoon, TAP General students headed to the nearby town of Coolum where they hiked Mt Coolum.

At 208 metres, the summit of this volcanic dome offers panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast. To the east, coastal views stretch from Double Island Point all the way to Caloundra.

The walk took about 45 mins on the way up and got a bit steep at times but our students faced it with enthusiasm, motivated by the stunning views they knew they would find at the top!
