Muroya Arrives In Noosa

Global Village Noosa has been buzzing with Primary and Junior High School students this week as thirty-two students arrived on campus to study English and enjoy some outdoor activities on the pristine Sunshine Coast.

The students are really enjoying their time in Noosa and for some of them it’s the first time overseas aswell.  The excitement continues as each afternoon they adventure out with teachers and enjoy an activity outdoors with their peers.

Yesterday the Muroya Primary and Junior High School  students enjoyed kayaking on the Noosa River.  Conditions were amazing and all the students really loved learning how to paddle and work as a team.

One group practised some relay races around a house boat.  The competition really started to heat up, two teams were formed, ‘The Takeaways’ and ‘The She She’s.’  It was a close race but the winning team in the end was the Takeaways.  Well done to all for your good sportsmanship and a fun race.
