The cricket pitch was drawn up and the TAP team was ready to play one of Australia’s most popular summer games, Beach Cricket. 

With some instructions and rules explained it wasn’t long before our students were hitting sixers, bowling stumps and catching out their class mates.  The game was great and all students had a chance to bowl, bat and field.  Hiroki and Mewa were so excited that they continued with teacher Nathan for some practice after the game had finished.

Kio excelled in the water with some excellent swimming showing he was the fastest swimmer, he even managed to beat both teachers with his speedy swimming style, he is truly a fish in the water. 

After a hit of cricket and swimming it was time to buy an ice cream before heading back to the college.  A great way to finish off a typical Aussie style afternoon at the beach.
