On Friday afternoon students from Josei Gakuen High School went on a mountain bike tour into the Noosa National Park.

With studying and books packed away for the week, Friday afternoon was the perfect opportunity for Josei students to saddle onto a mountain bike seat, throw on a helmet and hit the open road for a couple of hours.

Under the careful instruction of Roger from Bike On, students followed in a single file and peddled into the vast National Park of Noosa only 30 minutes from the Peregian Beach College, where they have been studying at for the past week. 

Students enjoyed the ride and getting out on the open road saying it was, awesome!  They were challenged with the different terrains of both sealed and gravel roads, hills and tracks and were pleased to observe the natural beauty that surrounded them.  We took a short rest to catch our breath and take a cool drink of water, before returning to the college.

It was a great afternoon of mountain biking for all students.
