Teachers Comment on our Juniors

Today Nadia went around the classrooms to get a scope on what students are learning in class and asked the teachers to comment on some of the juniors.

Here are some of the things Global Village teachers had to say about the junior students:

Comments from Teacher Danielle were:

Arthur is a very friendly and popular student who participates well in class.  He has a good grasp pf the grammar learnt and has a good vocabulary for his level.  He is able to read and write well although he needs to be careful with his H’s when pronouncing certain words.

Comments from Teacher Anne were:

Selene is a delightful student.  She is enthusiastic, hard-working and has a lovely accent.

Iris is wonderful.  She asks a lot of questions, is enthusiastic, has fun and really wants to learn.

Florine is a very polite student and she is really enjoying activities.

Sara is a lovely student.  She is very keen, mature and works well with others.  She asks a lot of questions and is enjoying the activities.

Calixto is oozing with character.  He has a good sense of humour and asks interesting questions.  He is enthusiastic in class and interacts well with others.

Comments from Teacher Lucy, Teacher Alison and Teacher Phil were:

Cristina is a winner at English, just like her home country Spain were winners in the world cup.

Brendan is settling in well and continually improving.  He likes to participate in activities.

Comments from Teacher Tim were:

Victoire is wonderfully enthusiastic and she loves to participate and socialise.

Claire has been surfing and stand up paddle boarding but has still managed to write an excellent diary.

Comments from Teacher Robert were:

Alex is a very fast learner and great contributor but, STOP TALKING FRENCH!!

Alix is doing well and is great to have in class.

Nina is going well and is a pleasure to teach.

Marine is going great.  She is a good participant and enthusiastic.

Malo is going well.  He participates plenty and is very excitable.

Vanessa is a really good worker, she learns quickly and is surrounded by French people.

They are a really lovely group.

Comments from Teacher Anjali were:

Both Julie and Thomas are integrating more and more with the class as days go by.  They are working steadily and contributing well during class activities.  Confidence is growing daily.  Thomas is really enjoying the surfing environment every afternoon after class.  Julie has never stayed in such a quiet place, so is adjusting t a different lifestyle.

Among our junior students are two very special learners Selene and Paul who will be leaving us and heading home.  We wish them both the very best in the future and a safe journey home.
