We have received photos from Yuki’s host family taken on Saturday night.
Yuki says…
“My host family, Karen and Justin took me to the Thai Restaurant, Jazz festival and took me to Hasting street for ice cream. It was a very nice night. My host family is very kind to me.
If I cannot understand what they say, they always say it slowly again. I appreciate their help and support. I enjoy learning English here and spending time with my host family.”
Thank you very much to our host families who are taking such great care of our students.
Our family is enjoying having Yuki stay in our home as part of our family. It is wonderful to be able to show her many of the wonderful area’s that is Noosa and it’s surrounding towns.
The children have enjoyed learning many things from Yuki as i am sure she has form them. We have had our mix ups of English, in the end we get there and can even have a little laugh over them.
We will all miss Yuki when it is time to say good-bye. Mostly Halle whom has made a wonderful friendship with her. And Sophie who has got to have a taste of having a big sister to hang out with.
Hi Karen, that is great to hear 🙂
We hope you have many more students that are as inspirational as Yuki to your family.
Thank you,
from the team at Global Village.
