Coolum High School visit

It was back into uniform for a visit to Coolum State High School today!

Hastushiba Hashimoto students received a warm welcome from the staff and students at Coolum High School, and the students headed straight out for a hike to the top of Mount Emu.  They also enjoyed a session of communication games and ball games, followed by morning tea.

Everyone was a little shy at first, but as time passed we were all well on the way to forming good friendships.

The Hatsushiba Hashimoto students were happy to receive an Australian gift, beautifully wrapped with a native flower.

Special thanks to Deputy Principal Denise Shultz who made it such a special day for all the students.
